What is a serviced office?

Effectively a hotel for businesses. We can provide you with desks for any number of people from 1 hour, 1 week to 12 months. However, some of our clients have stayed for many years. You can walk in sit down and start working in a matter of minutes, with no hassles on office space management or any admin.

What does the price include?

Included in the monthly licence fee are the following services:

Receptionist
Morning coffee and afternoon tea
Rates
Daily cleaning
Electricity
Lighting
Furniture
Company telephone number
Individual direct dial number - one per telephone
One telephone handset per desk with voicemail, call forwarding and conference call facility
Car parking space - one per desk (excluding Guildford)

This means you have the reassurance of being able to predict your outgoings.

What are the extras over and above the rental?

Essentially just your "consumables" such as telephone calls made, photocopying done and meeting rooms used. We will give you a fully itemised bill each month so that you can track your expenses.

What are the deposit terms - how much rent in advance?

We would normally ask for two months fees as a deposit and the licence fee is paid the month in advance. The deposit is of course fully returnable at the end of the term providing the room is left in good condition.

How quickly can everything be set up - ie phones etc?

Just about as quickly as you can choose your telephone number from the ones which we have available. It takes us very little time to set things up for you once we have received your deposit and signed licence.

Can I have a modem line or ISDN line?

You can have either a dedicated analogue line or ISDN or ADSL as required there are small monthly charges for extra lines.

What kind of security is there?

All the centres have access alarms. Cams Hall and Guildford have external CCTV security around the building. You are given access codes to the building and your office. You can lock your own office at any time.

Is car parking included?

At Cams Hall and Fetcham Park House we allocate you with a space per desk and still have a number of spaces available for your visitors. Guildford has some spaces available chargeable on a monthly basis, there are also a number of public car parks close to us and we can supply you with the details of contract spaces in them.

Do you have meeting/conference facilities?

Yes we have rooms of varying sizes to suit anything from a two person meeting or interview to a 60-person reception either with or without catering being provided.

Do you provide computers?

No, because every company has different requirements from their computers. We can put you in touch with companies that do supply computers and computer finance though, so please do ask.

I only need one desk but my partner sometimes pops in, can another digital phone line be provided for me?

Yes, there is a small monthly charge for an additional line, which can be provided with handset, voicemail and direct number.

Can you provide storage?

Yes we do have areas of varying sizes in all of the centres either for you to put a filing cabinet or we have fireproof safes that can also be used.

Can I come in at weekends?

Yes you will have access to the centres 24 hours a day seven days a week. You will be issued with keys to your office and also front door keys and alarm codes.
